The Founder of BusinessIQ Philanthropy, Mr. Alfred Ade-Ijimakinwa, visited his childhood neighbour in Amukoko, a suburb in Lagos Mainland. He met with some young men with trade skills, but with no tangible job. One of them is Chinonso Anyanwu who he later invited to his office in Surulere. Mr. Alfred engaged him in an intense discussion to re-orientate his mind and how he can put his skilled trade to use. He is into servicing and repairs of Air Conditioners. So, began the process of setting up a business for Chinonso Anyanwau.
Mr. Alfred Ade-Ijimakinwa, according to the mission of BusinessIQ Philanthropy , sought support from his friends and business associates. That same night, Mr. Alfred got a call from a friend, Valentine Okolo, who creatively created a unique business name for Chinonso Anyanwu.
The next day, Mr. Tony Adenubi, a public secretary, called and volunteered to register the business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Afterwards, my Blaise Udunze also volunteered to register a corporate account in Heritage Bank for Chinonso’s business. Calls poured in from those requesting for his AC maintenance and repair services.
At present, he is still part of the ongoing project for BusinessIQ Philanthropy.
